Mark your Calendars! This summer, June 22-29, students at Church Project (completed 8th-12th) will travel to Belize for an opportunity to serve Jesus, and experience His Church, in a different context. Belize is a country with great spiritual and physical needs with 41% of the population below the poverty line. Belize is a safe, democratic nation with English as it's official language. Thus, this a great 101 international trip for students at Church Project.

The villages of San Joaquin and Ranchito, located in northern Belize, are where students will spend time worshiping with the local church, teaching the gospel to children through VBS and sports camp, helping with various construction project, loving the elderly, meeting the physical needs of those in the area, all while being challenged in their own faith.

For fun on the last day, Students will travel via water taxi to the island of Caye Calker. They'll snorkel the barrier reef, eat seafood on the beach, and debrief the trip while overlooking the Caribbean Sea before heading back home after a great week of experiencing God.

  • Project Students will host a parent & student interest meeting on Sunday, Jan. 27, from 1-2pm in the student room at Church Project. Lunch and childcare will be provided.

  • This trip is for students completed 8th-12th grade at the end of the 2018-2019 school year.
